7 Medical/Health Conditions

This retreat is trauma informed and your safety comes first

Have you ever experienced panic attacks, dissociation, or psychosis? If so, are these currently stable and managed?
Do you currently have any medical or mental-health conditions that could affect your ability to fully participate in breathwork, somatic movement, or immersive healing work?
Are you currently taking any medications related to mental health or nervous system regulation?	If yes, which one(s)?
Please review the following contraindications and select the option that applies to you.	Primary Contraindications (must notify us before participating): Pregnancy Severe heart disease or cardiovascular issues Epilepsy or seizure history Acute manic episodes or untreated bipolar mania Psychotic episode in the last 12 months Major surgery within the past 8–12 weeks Diagnosed psychotic disorders (e.g., schizophrenia) Lesser / Relative Contraindications (still safe with communication): Panic attacks or anxiety episodes Recent injuries (muscle, bone, head, or breathing-related) Diabetes Asthma or airflow limitations (COPD, long-COVID, chronic bronchitis) Untreated high or low blood pressure Prescription blood thinners Glaucoma or retinal issues Osteoporosis Complex PTSD or active trauma symptoms

Terms and Conditions *	I accept the terms and conditions.🌴 Terms & Conditions – 9-Day Jamaica Retreat 1. Registration & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Full payment must be completed 30 days before the retreat's beginning date. Missed payments may result in the loss of your space. Payments are non-transferable unless approved by the facilitator. 2. Cancellation & Refunds Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 20 days of the retreat are non-refundable. If the retreat is postponed due to weather, travel conditions, or unforeseen events in Jamaica, your payment transfers to a future date. No refunds for missed sessions, travel delays, or personal emergencies. 3. Travel Responsibilities Participants must arrange their own flights and transportation to and from Jamaica. A valid passport and any required travel documents are your responsibility. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. 4. Health & Safety You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications. You understand that breathwork, somatic movement, and retreat activities may be physically or emotionally activating. Facilitators are not liable for injuries, health complications, or medical expenses. 5. Participant Conduct & Responsibility By attending, you agree to: Show up fully to the retreat experience. Take radical self-responsibility for your emotions, energy, mindset, and participation. Maintain a respectful, kind, and collaborative attitude with facilitators and other participants. Honor the retreat space as a container of growth, awareness, and community. Avoid any disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior. 6. Cultural & Environmental Flexibility (The Jamaica Clause) Jamaica operates on a slower, more fluid island pace. Weather, transportation, and schedules may shift unexpectedly. You agree to practice patience, adaptability, and trust in divine timing. “Life is happening by you, for you, and through you” — and we invite you to embrace that throughout the journey. 7. No Guarantees The retreat does not promise specific emotional, physical, or spiritual outcomes. Every participant’s experience is personal. Transformation depends on your willingness, mindset, and integration. 8. Substance Use (Downtime Only) Cannabis or light alcohol use may occur outside program hours. Intoxication during breathwork, sessions, or healing containers is strictly prohibited. Any substance use is at your own discretion and risk. 9. Liability Waiver You release the facilitators, retreat venue, and staff from liability for injuries, losses, or damages. Participation is at your own risk. 10. Media & Privacy Group photos/videos may be taken during non-vulnerable moments. You may opt out by informing facilitators before the retreat begins. 11. Agreement By registering, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and that you accept full responsibility for your health, participation, and overall experience.
